@sm_cmc @Baystboy And have a reliable framework in place for enforcement.. When it's known there is little risk.. why not. But when you know you could do 5-10yrs and lose every penny to your name, I bet this stuff drops off fast.

@sm_cmc @Baystboy Anyone willing to change a document like that should definitely lose their licence. Is it really THAT hard to call a client and say, hey that letter has expired the lender needs a newly dated letter?
