(my immigrant parents included) who face similar issues on a daily basis and don't have the same luxury/know-how to use technology to get the attention of business leaders to get their problems solved. So much time, energy and money is wasted waiting on optimal customer service.

@ATT customers! Now that this is behind me, I spent some time thinking through how we got here. I shouldn't have had to tweet at the #CEO of @ATTBusiness to get help. This could & should have been resolved at the customer service level. I think about the thousands of customers

Hr 6 on the phone w/ @ATT, 10 ppl later & still no resolution. Richard transferred me to Jessica > Reinhardt > Adam > Jane > Lynn > Israel > Roswell. None able to understand the issue at hand or offer any help to fix the issue. @ATTHelp #ShittyCustomerService #JohnStankey

Honestly, this is truly comical. It’s like AT&T doesn’t even want our business. I’ve never met a group of incompetent people that can’t identify their own mistakes. Just giving us the run around - bouncing us around from one department to the next. @ATT @ATTHelp #JohnStankey
