And I do my first long training run tomorrow morning, 16KM and I am looking at doing 5:45 per KM. Been building up slowly to this. Mastered how to maintain pace so far with minor variations between splits.
Chicago Marathon is in October 2026 but applications close this year in November. If I am committed and train for the next 12 months, I can do a sub 3 comfortably. Committing myself to this 💪💪💪
