Went to the gym after work, I didn’t want to. But I did, now I’m glad I did. Marginal gains on my mile time, and working up on the 50 pull up challenge. Not bad for an old man.

Ok… not doing that again. Had 2 at 11 am and…. Was up all night, don’t know why I’m so sensitive to caffeine… but just am,. Caffeine has a half life of 12 hours. So at midnight I still had a half cup of coffee in my system… gonna need a new pre workout boost.
