So many of us were badly injured during attacks while aiding those in need. For the world to continue to ignore the ever increasingly drastic situation here in #myanmar is a crime to the people here. Medical/aid workers and civilians are not targets!.#whatshappeninginmyanmar.

To those who were concerned after a team member posted my shirt/equipment after attacks a few weeks ago, there was a miscommunication,no I am not dead, just injured. We did however see multiple casualties and severely injured, we aided as many as possible .#WhatsHappeninglnMyanmar

In multiple locations in karenni and shan state SFH teams have built WASH facilities and provided filters to IDPs/rural communities. Many which are displaced by conflict and are in rural areas have no access to safe water, we are building hundreds more.#whatshappeninginmyanmar

When I say the seriousness of malnutrition is immense in #myanmar what i mean is,in arakan 1 out of 3 children are suffering, over half the population suffers from food insecurity and organisations are not able to reach those in dire need due to the junta.#whatshappeninginmyanmar

Collateral damage in warfare refers to unintentional harm to non intended targets. This was not collateral damage, the junta is notorious for specifically targeting civilians, IDP camps, schools, medical and humanitarian workers.#WhatsHappeninglnMyanmar.
As Minister @CatherineWest1 said, schools are meant to be a place of safety and opportunity, not collateral in a conflict. We repeat our call to all parties, particularly the Myanmar military, to refrain from airstrikes, safeguard civilians, and protect civilian infrastructure.

I've been vocal about understanding red tape that orgs face. But I'm done, my team and I have picked up enough literal body parts of the juntas victims to be able to understand this. Now more than ever they should be working with NGOs/csos NOT the junta. #whatshappeninginmyanmar.

This is not new, This is happening so frequently that most of us onground have seen it many times. International orgs/com are saying those responsible should be held accountable, yet wont say it was the junta. Give the dead respect. It was the junta. #WhatsHappeningInMyanmar

2/ we urgently need help to raise the funds for a water unit for several hundred people within a camp, and to finish a #medical tent to continue to support the injured, sick and pregnant. We have managed to finish most but urgently need around 42lk in funds (approx 920 USD) -.

The junta is weaponising the current situation and the aid given to them for victims of the #earthquakemyanmar Humanitarian assistance MUST go through local and non junta aligned CSOs /NGOs and groups otherwise support is further weaponised. #whatshappeningnowinmyanmar.
The Myanmar military has been accused of hoarding life-saving relief while survivors endure soaring heat, disease, and displacement in earthquake-shattered Myanmar.

5/ the aftermath is immense from the #earthquake yet little long term support has been established for those in need, the constant attacks and burnings are killing civilians rapidly and yet orgs such as the UN and WFP offer supplies to the very people murdering them. The aid will-.
