non-gooner anwser: the sequel's animations uses squash and stretch, stronger exaggeration than the first to look even more "cartoony" . so Judy's chest in certain frames will puff up sometimes now you kinda see that with the Moose guy at the end of the teaser

the funny thing about cartman is that he's not a very political person despite his strong beliefs, even when he's using politics it's often for his own gain he doesn't truly believe in that stuff at least to a passionate degree.
