After a lot of reflecting (& denial of the inevitable), I've decided to step away from leading and organizing @OpenEdSS. I wrote a goodbye letter to everyone who has supported OESS over the years but it's really not adequate enough to express my love and gratitude for you all.

As my letter mentions, it has always been my hope that @OpenEdSS continues beyond me. So while I may not be involved in the regular yearly planning and hosting moving forward, I'm always available to talk with any and all future organizers to provide advice and guidance.

I'm going to be linking to our current open job postings in this thread but we'll be hiring several positions over the coming months. Why so many open positions? A couple of them are new, but mainly from retirements and colleagues moving due to non-library related reasons.
