Am going to do a substantive post on Raab and bullying for tomorrow but the idea that his behaviour was necessary to drive performance can be refuted by the absence of a single substantive achievement in 7 years as a minister and 5 in cabinet.

So yet another justice secretary. 11th in 9 years. Justice system is completely broken. If this government is serious about crime the next person in the job will have a lot of work to do. I suspect they won't do anything though, govt just doesn't care about justice.

Have asked for help from @Kent_cc social services, but they have a 6-week response time. We need to discuss her progress, such as it is, and medication options to potentially improve her cognition. Sure @RishiSunak’s parents are proud 👍🏻🤦🏻‍♀️

Mostly because, despite having been told by @EKHUFT that she would be seen 4 weeks post-discharge, an appt has arrived for 10 weeks post-discharge. Can’t get an answer from the switchboard so can’t speak to anyone.

He is freelance and is taking today off a big, time sensitive, project to sit at the surgery. Two other local surgeries have nothing but reviews saying, “NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE & IF YOU GO IN PERSON THERE ARE NO APPTS!!!!” Might not be 100% true, but not a risk we can take

This practice is so over subscribed that it releases any spots for new patients by physically handing out registration forms at 6pm each Tuesday. He naively turned up at 5.30pm last week to be told the new patient queue had started at noon. So hope if he’s there by 10…. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Just reminded my other half to take his packed lunch with him as he heads out for a day of queuing at what appears to be the only competent local GP practice. He desperately needs a competent new GP for his 88-yr old Mum who had a stroke last month and is very frail.

Is there a Heathrow meltdown this afternoon @British_Airways @HeathrowAirport? Touched down 90 mins ago. Waited ages to park. Waited ages for jetway. Still no signs of luggage. And of course no info or explanation. Gargantuan queue for baggage services. Update needed!
