Growing up in Texas, people often saw our turbans and called us "terrorist." It got worse after 9/11. I promised myself then that I'd do what I could to help introduce the world to Sikhs. Today, decades later, I'm thrilled to share my new book.

I wrote about what I learned from Fauja Singh, or as I called him, Babaji. This reflection is a drop in the ocean of what I gained from our friendship. He was one of the most special and inspiring people I've ever met. May his memory be a blessing.
