Not only that, but also kinda wasting an actor like Mike Colter. Could you imagine how cool Locke would’ve been if he was maybe somebody that Chief saved once, and he was ordered to hunt down Chief, but not being told why or that it was Chief he was hunting.
I'll never forgive 343i for wasting such a hard design on the most nothing-burger character in existance Even the name goes hard, everything was there to make a badass character and they just didn't
