Unless you make software for prisons or factory farms, you have customers who are fascinating. So have your engineers talk to those customers to boost their motivation and engagement. Have them write feature designs, marketing material, FAQs, customer briefs....

I had a ball removed yesterday for suspected testicular cancer. I was lucky. I want more men to check their balls regularly and talk about it. On coronation day pls RT to make a real difference. #checkyourcrownjewels Do it now, please.
