After pause squats we have staggered trap bar jump shrugs, each week having velocity goals. This stance helps illuminate some technical proficiencies/deficiencies from a movement profile. Week 1 we aim to pull over 2.0m/s, W2: 1.9m/s and W3: 1.8m/s. (2/3)

Two very different styles of O. Hardman/Williams/Hill catch a ton of passes behind LOS while the Chargers use ~40% fewer passes behind LOS and converting only 26% of these compared to 57% for 1st downs
