Just so you know, that someone took IELTS multiple times doesn’t mean they failed or can’t speak proper English. In fact, a score of 5.5 proves they know the language well. Just that they are yet to meet the requirements of certain organizations as demanded.

Even if you are sure, it's still not advisable to do that.
I loved supply chain and public health and wanted my masters in global health supply chain field. I was advised against that because I might get stuck in the long run.
I share the same sentiment. Only choose a highly specialized master's program if you're certain about what you want.
