This post is a little bit late but Jack has officially been hired full time after his kickstart. He's got 7 months of experience and still plans to go to college in the future for an official qualification. He's still loving the brewing.

Brewing today, one of our best-selling, Brickworks Bitter, best brown beer in a beautiful brown bottle, between brick and bitter it just works. Ok I'll stop now, we've still got some in but this lot will be ready in about 3 weeks.

His favourite brews are our Arkwights Pale and Baby Ghost and he aspires to drive our sales so more people can enjoy our beers.

We'd like to welcome Tristan Roberts to our team, he's joining Michelle in our sales and marketing and has over 20 years of experience selling beer. He loves visiting new establishments and meeting new people.

Open from 9 until 11 today and then we're off on deliveries. We're open tomorrow from 10 while 1 and still have some boxes of mixed and our normal bottles

Our Baby Ghost has been bottled and will be ready by the end of next week. This is the first of our Silver Brewhouse range to be bottled, these are our more hop forward beers using hops from around the world. Baby Ghost is a 3.9% American hopped Citrus IPA

Brewing today, got our eyup cocka in the fermenter, stocking up and it'll be ready in a few weeks

We supplied @AdventureBeerCo with more of our bottles on Friday, while we don't deliver small pack they do so be sure to check them out
