Amazing how the shrinking group who still back the Green Brigade/Celtic Collective ignore Celtic staff being verbally abused in Bologna and instead obsess over "Who paid for this?". The facts are simple: no non-club employees travelled using club funds.
@siamesebhoy So he actually took his family to Bologna too. Undoubtedly paid by Celtic. That’s even worse.

Some Celtic fans raging about Michael Nicholson's pay packet. The real irony? The next CEO Dermot Desmond appoints will be paid even more cash. Why? Because of the fan abuse, toxic backlash, no top executive worth their salt will touch Celtic for anything less than a premium

More pond life crawling out to abuse a man on the street, in front of his colleagues and his family. Ironically same lot condoning this were in tears when they were called bullies . Funny how the truth hits a nerve when it’s too close to home.

Imagine being this sad and pathetic to take a video like this for likes. Pathetic behaviour.

Cvancara looks the man for Celtic. Not a panic buy. He’s been tracked for years after catching the eye whilst scouting another Jablonec player early in Ange’s time. A move to Sparta and goals pushed the price up beyond Celtic. Career has stalled but he's a proper player.

Expect movement at Celtic Park in the next 24 hours. A couple of signings close apparently. We wait and see but murmerings are positive.

Celtic don’t just need a striker. Anyone can sign one. They need a difference-maker, someone better or different to Iheanacho, Maeda or Kenny. January is tough and those players often show up late in the window. Keep the nerve. Panic buys are the last thing the club needs.

Putting words in Martin's mouth. The GB dressed up as a fans collective are not going to like his response. He's not one for playing their childish games.

Celtic tried to fix the roof while the sun shone, signing young forwards to replace Kyogo. Both Oh and Idah were hounded by some fans, lost confidence and were sold. Now it’s happening to Kenny. Any new striker will face the same fate. Bookmark this.
@siamesebhoy So, ill give you the benefit of the doubt. But how are we a year down the line from kyogo leaving with no striker signed?

I’ve repeatedly said January is a hard window to do good business to the ire of Green Brigade fan boys. It's fact / common knowledge worldwide, yet somehow controversial in a weird echo chamber of Celtic Twitter. I could post more from Guardiola, Klopp etc saying the same...
"I'm very picky" 🎙️ Leeds' Daniel Farke stated his belief that the January transfer window is a 'difficult market' to sign players.

Excellent win for Celtic. Refreshing to hear Martin be the grown-up in the room, explaining how tough the window is and confirming board support. Hopefully sensible fans rally behind the club and Martin. Title there to be won!

Attacking Martin O'Neill now. Is anyone safe from the followers of the Celtic Collective and Green Brigade? No class, no respect.
O'Neill needs to ditch the after dinner speaker jokes and jibes and start to give fans some serious answers If the board are genuinely getting close to a few deals, tell us so, otherwise there will be further protests that won't help anyone at this stage

Great to see Jeremie Frimpong score his first goal at Anfield last night. Viewed as undersized and struggling to make an impact, his talent was recognised by Neil Lennon after just 25 minutes of a bounce match at Barrowfield. The rest is history. When talent meets an eye for it!

All time Celtic achievements since 1888. 1. The Lisbon Lions 2. The Quadruple Treble Quite amazing fans have allowed themselves to be poisoned against the leadership who delivered the Quadruple Treble by those who's only vocation in life is to complain and cause division.

Michael has only been leading transfers since Tisdale departed the club.
@siamesebhoy If he’s working so hard and impressing so many people, he’s 7 days in and secured 1 loan signing in a window when we’re DESPERATE for signings. Maybe he needs to work harder and impress the people that actually matter!

Also hearing Michael is quietly working flat out to ensure ALL Celtic fans can attend this weekend. Some compromise is needed on both sides, but efforts are focused on bringing everyone together to back Martin and the team.

Senior players + staff have been impressed by Michael Nicholson and the leadership he’s shown over the last few days. Working around the clock and pushing things forward quickly. With Tisdale and Nancy gone it feels like time to draw a line under the civil war and move on!

Re: call for leadership. I have been told there was a resolve to see the Tisdale/Nancy experiment out till at least the end of January from major shareholders and others on the board. Michael Nicholson and Chris McKay main drivers in bringing change.
Poor day all round for Celtic. Mistakes on the park, mistakes off it with the managerial mess and poor transfer windows. Chaos from a section of fans abusing players, witch-hunting and threatening fellow supporters online for... Looking out a window! Someone needs to lead - now!

Disappointed in @Heavidor for irresponsibly pushing the false claim that Peter was still involved in key football decisions at Celtic. Given the abuse Peter and his family have faced, there is no excuse for not checking the facts. For the record, it isn’t true.
