This is not expected from the largest bank of India. We trust SBI with our hard-earned money, but experiences like this break customer confidence. @TheOfficialSBI please take this matter seriously & ensure accountability.

My questions to @TheOfficialSBI: 👉 Why is there no proper facility for such a basic request? 👉 Why is a customer made to run between CSP & branch again & again? 👉 Why such unprofessional behaviour from staff?

After standing in line for an hour, I met the Ops Head again. Without even checking the system, he simply said there is a “problem in service” & told me to come next week after Wednesday.

I wanted to close my CSP account (lower limit issue). The Ops Head told me “yes, you can close it.” So I went to the CSP branch, filled all forms, got them verified & signed. Then I was asked to submit it again at the main Simurali branch.
