Spoke directly to 1 asylum seeker who'll be flown to Rwanda tonight. The police separated them and put each one in a separate van since 14:30 this afternoon. He was told the flight is flying at 10:30 tonight. He said he has chest pain. He is crying and very emotional.

RWANDA DEPORTATIONS: .On Tuesday, Priti Patel announced the first deportation flights to 🇷🇼 will depart 14 June. The following day, detained asylum seekers, inc Syrians, received letters notifying they'll be on first flight. We managed to speak with them & see their letters.

Victims of sexual harrasment are unconsciously stripped away from expressing what they want and need in a normal relationship. They become afraid, or even worse, they might perceive those feelings as ugly. They are violently stripped away from that right and it's heartbreaking.

All the asylum seekers I am speaking with in detention centers haven't seen their families since March or even before. Authorities prohibited phones with cameras, confiscating their smartphones and providing them only with basic phones without access to the internet.

As of today @UN hasn’t sent a single truck with humanitarian aid in response to the Earthquake in Northwestern Syria. All the aid that entered so far is regular aid.

I feel sad when people say "I like watching movies, I just don't like watching them alone" the next thing that comes to my mind is me in the middle of a square with a desk, a screen, nice chairs and a sign "Hello stranger, will you watch movie a with me?".
