In a recent podcast, Baba Keke of Kenny’s music was sharing how it was the resilience of Idris that made him listen to his music, after coming to the studio almost everytime to see Baba Keke. Talent is nothing without grit.
The definition of Afrobeats. The pioneering Afro-HipHop song. The song that started a whole genre. From Liberian Girl by Michael Jackson, produced by Quincy Jones, sampled by Jermaine Dupri for MC Lyte in Keep On Keeping On (ft. Xscape), to being sampled and produced by Omololu.

The “Why now” question helps with anchoring, for some filmmakers, in my opinion.
Maybe my biggest pet peeve in pitching TV shows and movies is the "why now?" question. As in, "why are you telling this story now?". As a viewer, I never decide to watch something based on a "why now" criteria. Looking at box office & ratings, I assume other viewers don't either.
