Some cool winter research to share. We can't see much from the outside, but in collaboration with @JudithBoekee @CornellAgriTech, we are tracking variation in freeze response in apple trees. Video is of apoplastic freeze events in young trees. Be patient! #ColdHardiness 🍎❄️
