This is because the movement of the orbits in the first two cases (with marth and Venus with Earth) looks harmonious, but with Mars and Venus it looks like just chaotic lines so they dance poorly as a pair.

I perceive the Earth and Luna as a merger of Proto and Theia and not as their children in the literal sense. Cuz at the moment of the collision Proto&Theia themselves were still babies. Like, Proto himself said so.

I don't want to believe that it will end like this, because they never really explained why Earth wanted life. Like, Theia and Proto just "felt" it. Earth suffered for many years because of some phantom feeling that maybe wasn't even his. Was creating life even his choice?.
