At this stage, I'm not really sure what more we as, tax paying, law abiding citizens are meant to do. Do we respond in the same manner as the perpetrators? Is this what the everyday citizens are expected to do in order to resolve such issues?

The perpetrators have gone so far as to share the video themselves, whilst laughing at the police's inability to do anything to them. My family are now being threatened and taunted by the perpetrators, offline and online, leaving them in fear of their lives.
