Congratulations to my amazing student for winning 2nd place in the Mockingbird poetry contest for Collin County. Her poem is about the entrepreneurs of the Greenwood District in Tulsa and the Tulsa Massacre.

It was an honor to be inducted with my teammates into the Athletics Hall of Fame at UTRGV. The self discipline and grit has stayed with me throughout my life. These lifelong friendships are the real award! #UTRGV

African-American studies spring cultural feast was a success. The purpose is for students to increase pride in their culture and ancestors, on whose shoulders they stand. Food from Africa, Europe, South Amer., and U.S. represented in this feast. @ProsperHS

My awesome student Dylan got accepted into Cornell university! He did a phenomenal job presenting college application tips and making higher education feel attainable for all students in African-American studies!! We have high achievers here at @ProsperHS
