When i confronted ruchi about my loss she denied its existence and tried to gaslight me by repeating are you sure you weren't confused are you sure you weren't confused are you sure you weren't confused dismissing my loss completely.

CCTV footage CLEARLY shows the chain when I entered, but they insist it’s "light reflection." My mom called the police, but VLCC’s ONE camera and their refusal to acknowledge my chain’s existence is infuriating!

They claimed it was a "vase reflection." On Sept 24, I returned; same staff said it was THEIR glasses, not my chain, and when I pointed out their glasses were white last time, she snapped, "I know our stuff better."

15 mins into the session, staff returned my clothes, earphones, and string, but NO chain. When I asked, they DENIED seeing it! I KNOW I wore it—I never take it off. I showed a photo I took before hydration, clearly showing the chain on the table.

I left my gold chain, black nazar string (from my mom), and headphones on the table—NO warning to take valuables. After hydrating my legs, they made me wait 30 mins, then rushed me to another room without mentioning my belongings.

⚠️ HORRIBLE experience at @VLCCPersonalCare Sohna Road! On Sept 21, 2025, I went for my 1st full-body laser hair reduction appt at 3:24 PM, excited but left devastated. In the hydration room (supposedly a "safe space"),I was told to remove clothes for a gown.
