Following the AGM, the first parent council meeting of the year will take place online the following Monday (16th September). Zoom joining details will be circulated on the year group WhatsApp groups.

As always, we are looking for new members alongside a new Chair. If you think you could offer some time / energy and would like to get involved then we’d love to hear from you. 🙌🏼.

The Parent Council AGM is taking place at school next Monday, 9th September at 7pm. Come along if you’re interested in finding out more about what the PC does and how it relates to the school!.

Save the date for Halloween discos: Thurs 24th October!.

These events help to raise funds for the PC to invest back into the school to make the school experience as engaging and inspiring as possible for our little folk! Above all, they hopefully make happy memories that the kids will take with them on their school journey. 🤗💃🕺🏽🪩.

They were a great success, with help from the fantastic Kidnetick team (BIG shout out to DJ and entertainment team Nina and Kerrie) who kept the kids on their feet, singing, dancing and with a few games thrown in for good measure for the younger ones.

🪩🌴😎 Thanks to everyone who supported our school summer discos last night! From the parents of those who attended to those who helped with all the preparations and also the volunteers who gave up their evenings to supervise - we couldn’t do it without you!.

💰GCC Funding Cuts: please see attached info detailing the expected impact of them on our school. Please ensure your voice is heard, as we need to speak up for our children. The proposed cuts will directly impact on their education and their whole school experience. ✂️❌

Please see the below post. It’s really important that parents engage in discussions about the impending cuts. The reality of the planned cuts could result in classes being turned away/ being told they need to stay at home because there’s absolutely no additional staff cover.
