@shashiiyengar I am also on low carb for last 8 yrs... I started my journey with Hba1c 13.4 .... Just for initial few months took metformin. However never ever achieved below 5.5.. But diet was normal when on tour...Enjoyed sweets also on tour... Low carb is 200% sustainable...

@shashiiyengar chicken being a diabetic they all even doctors too get shocked and tell me not to have it,as it increases sugar level and they say you should also not eat mutton. Can you please clarify what to do. Am i doing anything wrong. Thanks. 🙏 2/2

@BullnBear6 Always believe blood sugar meter Humans can lie. Meters do not lie I was diagnosed with T2d in sept 2015 In remission since then, no metformin also
