Nigeria's Abuja move should b a case study to other countries. I've read about many African countries trying to replicate what we did but they all failed. It really is not easy to create a new capital. I don't how we succeeded several times, but I bliv our population is a factor.
Benin Republic is a funny country. Porto-Novo is the official capital but the seat of government is in Cotonou and hence it's far more developed. I'm sure many people don't even know Porto-Novo.
