Someone was telling me the tattoo artist just prints stencil/trace whatever image/calligraphy u give them and they just do the tattooing! They don’t necessarily need to know Persian/Chinese or whatever!

You don't need a Persian tattoo artist. I have friends who have beautiful Persian calligraphy tattoos. They just gave the artist a photocopy of what they wanted and voila. One friend got hers in Helsinki.
