(3/3) Moral of the story: check your rental receipts as soon as you get the car, or just never rent from @Budget. I'm personally doing the latter, because this is ridiculous.

(2/3) They said they'd call this morning to resolve it, but we never got a call. We're in a different town, so we can't go back... And they haven't been answering the phone. Calls to both Customer Service and NZ Customer Service have been absolutely useless.

Renting from @Budget in New Zealand has been an absolute nightmare. We were charged twice the amount for our car, went back to Auckland airport to try and resolve it, and were told that yes, it was an error, but they couldn't fix it because the manager had left. (1/3)

I’m listening to @AtlanticRecords’ What’d I Say podcast with @sncmusic, and OMG IT’S ALMOST BEEN 10 YEARS SINCE I SAW THEM LIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME. Largo at the Coronet, circa 2008. It was for a high school choir final. The rest, as they say, is history.

I'm spending Christmas in Tampa with Lex's family this year, and as I'm walking into the living room, he's holding @SNCmusic's I'll Have Another. He says, "Name all the members of SNC." As I start naming names, his mom stands there, dumbstruck. #Chaserforlife
