spent like two hours trying to draw a sprite with SPRT with no success, so just ended up using POLY_FT4 instead

will probably take a break of 3d/animation and focus on rendering text and sprites

have somewhat of an animation system working now! its pretty basic at the moment but does the job!

teaching miku how to do perspective projection and normal culling on the playstation 1 gte

reorganized the object/render system so objects can be their own independent thing! this will make things a lot easier in the future
