Do you know: .Any mineral in its natural form such as gold, diamond, etc found within the territory of Ghana is “vested” in the President of Ghana to be managed on “behalf” of the “people of Ghana” and there’s a “fiduciary duty” to act in the best interest of the people. 😃🫂📸.

You know you’re not prepared for the Ghana school of law exams yet. You have 60 days. Maybe you wrote once and didn’t make the pass mark. Maybe this is your first time writing such a complex paper. End of semester exams isn’t GSL entrance exams. Don’t push your luck…. Refresh!

In the “LGBT” Bill set of cases (Amanda Odoi v Ag, Richard Sky v Ag) the court dismissed both cases on the ground that the plaintiffs brought the action prematurely as even there was no law in the first place to contest. Same CJ. Here, there’s no decision yet to contest so…??.
I can confirm that the Chief Justice - Her Ladyship, Justice Gertrude Torkornoo - has filed another court case - this time, at the ECOWAS Community Court in Abuja, Nigeria, against the Republic. In the case, which was filed on July 4, Her Ladyship repeated the same allegations.

But if there’s a complaint that in camera proceedings for the removal of a Chief Justice in accordance with the constitution of a sovereign state are unfair, is the end game to cause Ecowas court to injunct constitutional proceedings where there’s no decision in the first place?.
