U.S. law is clear (Section 620I of the Foreign Assistance Act), if a country is restricting U.S. humanitarian aid, it can no longer receive U.S. security assistance. Enforce the law.
Israel is killing civilians & deliberately starving over 2 million people in Gaza. Continuing to provide arms to Israel is a violation of US law. The senate should vote for @SenSanders' joint resolutions & suspend arms transfers to Israel.

Israel and Jordan are currently the only two countries in the region (maybe world?) with such an agreement with the US. While they demonstrate a long-term commitment to a partner, they also limit US policymakers' maneuverability and leverage.
