@Apple See that was my end of day mindfulness, feels good to get the frustration off my chest. For which there are very few workouts. Cause you canβt chose muscle groups before choosing one. Sorry, didnβt mean to do a sequel this soon.

@Apple So thatβs my desires, fix all the things. And maybe once you caught up on your years of AI fuck ups, at least give indications FOR ME during a workout to see how Iβm doing, overtraining or lagging, or even just comparing two runs of the same workout. THE END (for now).

@Apple And finally metrics. This is a subset of what you find in Health. Forget about using it on your Mac as far as I can see but ok. Thereβs a range but absolutely no indication if trends are going better or worse, or if higher or lower is good or not. WTF?.

@Apple Now Iβm just nitpicking, butβ¦ I go do my grocery shopping. That stuff is heavy. Youβd think waking 3km / 1.8miles with 20kg / 44lb should be taken into accounts. Nope. Special case. But when you do Hiking you have a bag, and itβs rarely light.

@Apple At least you can ask Siri. But you have to learn the exact command that can be done on decide. Otherwise it needs a connection. Because everyone has the eSIM version or a country that supports it / roaming.

@Apple Now I do walks without the « walk withΒ Β» too. I log them as I walk everywhere since I lost 20kg / 44lb. You can click the activity button. But it doesnβt start automatically, there may be a config somewhere but who knows, there isnβt the old apple way of teaching as you go.

@Apple Plans are for a week so you can track what you did when. Thatβs an improvement. But remember youβre either a professional trainer, or your time is cheap. So you canβt tell it to skip a day. At least you can change the exercise when you catch it the right day. Finally a plus.

@Apple Oh. Custom plans can only have specific workouts. No trace of programs. Or collections. Nah. Too easy. So you have to copy the workouts from programs, or collections, and put them in a plan. Your time is cheap.

@Apple Programs are a set of workout. With the description hidden. Theyβre different from Collections becauseβ¦ Theyβre not. It makes no frigging sense. The only difference I can see is one has pictures of the trainer and the other one drawings. Ok maybe custom plans are better.

@Apple Except you have no idea what you did when because itβs not tracked in the app. Some are everyday with alternating workouts, some are every other day with two workouts. And you have no way to know what you did or completed or not. Because reasons. But maybe Programs are better.

@Apple So you finally manage to follow a collection, which is a set of workouts targeted at certain goals. Again, you need to go into the hidden description to know what exercise to do when. Youβre on your path to better shoulders yay!.
