Btw here is a video of the phone working perfectly just before I sent it to them (there is a time stamp on the video). I'm heartbroken and feel scammed.

HELP! I sold my pretty much perfect @SamsungUK S24+ to @WBAP_Official and they sent it back with what they say is a bootloop. It was working as new when I sent it to them. They originally said light wear on the bezels. I asked for it back. Then this was suddenly the issue!

Anyone know who I can contact re trading standards at #musicmagpie that isn't their own customer service? Shocking issue and a calamity of errors that need addressing. Is there a body that holds these organisations to account when they have done wrong by the customer?.
