Thoroughly enjoyed a trip to the South West Group today visiting our newest location in Weston Super Mare, then Flex-E-Rent Bridgend and a pit stop at Cabot’s Circus where our Pride vehicle was also taking Pride of place!

A fantastic morning visiting some very excited children at Cranmore Integrated Primary School in Belfast with the #ROAD2reading van. Loved taking part in this #ROADForward partnership with National Literacy Trust as we deliver 23,000 books to 240 schools across the UK.

In Mental Health Awareness week, I’ll happily admit that my walks with my dog, family or just by myself have been a very important part of my coping strategy in the last year. Time spent away from the desk to just switch off and be thankful for what you have.

Could one or two of your craftspeople come and make the best of my home by fixing the incorrect installation that you have visited 5 times in the last year and yet it still leaks. Your lack of follow up and customer service is appalling. Customers deserve better.
