1/ Information Age is reversing the Industrial age. Former created a model of thousands of people working together on one thing in a hierarchal fashion. Later split the bigger organizations into smaller companies.
Completely agree on "people as corporations". The whole idea of the Passion Economy is that individuals can monetize their creativity in non ad-supported ways, and there will be a wave of new tools that help consumers grow into businesses.
