I hit 100 users for my SaaS in under 30 days. No ads. No big audience. No growth hacks. Just a simple distribution system anyone can copy. Here's exactly what I did ๐

I spent weeks figuring out how to get my first 100 users as a solo founder. Here are the 5 distribution lessons that actually worked: Market while you build: If you wait until launch, youโre already late. Post where your users already hang out: Reddit, X, niche communities >

Day 38 of building Launchli in public. Just got another payment notification. Didnโt expect that today. Opened Stripe. MRR jumped again. These moments never get old. ๐

Your product isn't the problem. Your distribution is. Great products fail because nobody ever sees it. If you can consistently get your product in front of the right people, you will get users. That's exactly what Launchli helps with.

And that's how I reached 100 users fast. No tricks. No ads. No luck. Just: - a specific pain - a simple product - showing up daily - replying strategically - social media distribution - talking to users - iterating fast If you do this consistently, you will get users.

8/ I used my product on myself It wrote my posts. It scheduled them. It found people looking for solutions. It gave me replies to use. The product became my biggest growth lever.

7/ I asked users why they didn't use it Talking to churned users was more valuable than talking to happy users. They told me - what confused the - what they expected - what they really wanted Their answers turned Launchli from "content tool" โ "distribution engine".

6/ I made the onboarding simple No friction. No long setup. Just a free rial where people could instantly see value. More people trying โ more feedback โ more growth.

5/ Twitter/X gave me consistency I didn't go viral. Instead, I showed up every day: - what I shipped - what I learned - how distribution works - small demos - mistakes I made People follow consistency, not perfection.

4/ Reddit became my engine Reddit brought me 60% of my first users. What I posted: - case studies - progress updates - actionable value - lessons from building NOT "check out my tool." Value โ curiosity โ profile โ website โ signup Simple funnel. Insanely effective.

3/ I went where my users already hang out Not "growth hacks" Not spamming. Just showng up in the right places: Reddit X Linkedin I focused on helping people solve their problems, not promoting the product. When you solve problems quickly, users come naturally

2/ I shipped the smallest useful version I didn't wait until it was perfect. I launched when it could do 3 things: understand your product write in your voice distribute content That was enough to start getting users.

1/ I picked ONE painful problem I started by solving my own problem, the same other founders were already talking about for every day: "I don't know to or have time to market my product" When you solve recurring pain, everything gets easier.

Unpopular opinion: Building the product is the easy part. Distribution is the hard part.
