Since starting horse riding, Morgan's relatives have noticed he's now more interested in the family dog and other animals!. Now, Morgan is comfortable riding Pip the horse, and has really improved his core strength to balance on his own.

James goes horse riding with RDA every week, and has recently completed his Grade 1 Riding Proficiency, scoring full marks! . "Every time we go he just gets better and more confident," said Hannah. "It's just been the best thing for him.". Well done James!

Remember when Max wore his dazzling rhinestone jacket to take part in this year's Strictly Seashell? . After he performed a showstopping routine to Grease Lightning, his jacket was auctioned for sale and bought by Sanjay and Venika from @laltextgroup but it wasn't gone for long!

This week, our CADS participants enjoyed exercise ball drumming sessions to their favourite tunes. We also had swimming activities, sensory tennis on our 3G Sports Pitch, and our range of adapted cycles did plenty of laps around the bike track.
