Denver real estate market stats for July 2025. With months of inventory up, I expect the average sale price to start to come down even more. Interest rates are giving a bit which could help buyers.

You know what's surprising to me about these stats? At four months of inventory, you'd think sale price would be dropping. It's slightly up, though. We will see a seasonal drop during colder months, but will a falling interest rate keep sales prices steady? Let me know.

The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage fell 15 basis points from last week, the largest weekly drop in the past year. Mortgage rates are headed in the right direction and homebuyers have noticed, as purchase applications reached the highest year-over-year growth rate in more than 4 yrs.
