From my first time sparring a yr and a half ago. Cleaned up footwork/defense and added a lot since this (including 20lbs). But every pass rusher should be training a striking martial art imo. Keep your hands and cardio right and a lot of techniques translate directly to pass

(My old acc) everyone you recruit is gonna tell you they’re a hard worker but have they worked like I have?.
This summer I worked on a scallop fishing boat for a bit. There was times I'd get to the docks at 2am, work for 20 hours, sleep in my car for 5 then work another 20. Make whatever assessment you want ab me as a player. Just know I can and will outwork any other recruit you got.
