This was my third Oasis gig - I’d already seen them at TJ’s in Newport, May 3, 1994 and The Venue in King’s Cross - May 13 1994. I was mad for it, our kid. I also saw them on December 29 that year, at the Brighton Centre, with Cast and the La’s.

Catching up on Glastonbury on the telly - I was busy at the weekend… Watched the whole of Neil Young’s set and really enjoyed it. No gimmicks or theatrics - apart from the keyboard coming down from the sky - just a great band, rocking out. Sometimes gnarly, sometimes tender.
