When a character can funnel the entire spectrum of neutral game through an insanely powerful tool like block, spindash, or charge shot i stop being able to take them as seriously.

imo the mount rushmore of great smash ultimate players with the best fundamentals is mkleo, spargo, tweek, and gluto. Characters whos gameplan and win conditions deviate too heavily from what i subjectively consider “real smash bros gameplay” just dont make the cut. Thats my bias.
