Great start to the year at the Americas Championships! Early season fitness is in a good place and I’m looking forward to building on it. Back to Calgary now for a little over a month to finish off the school semester before heading back down to Flagstaff for altitude camp pt 3!

First Ironman 70.3 done and dusted. Happy with 12th in my @ironmantri pro debut in a strong field. Had a good swim, bike, and first 5k of the run before I had some leg cramping. It went as well as it could’ve realistically gone, and I’m excited to do more of these in the future!
