The biggest selling point of an influencer run guild is, "We're popular enough you NEVER have to play with one of those players again." . And if you're goal is just HOF or world top 10, that's probably good enough to get you there. And that's the real difference, not preparation.

And this is true at EVERY level. HOF guild, there's 2-3 players who just aren't HOF level, who mess up a little too much, who just can't be precise enough for their team. CE guilds, there's 3-5 players who just can't get you over the finish line.
