Yesterday, my younger brother, Danny Dellapina, passed away unexpectedly. He was a beloved teacher and coach who positively impacted countless lives. He fiercely loved his family and friends and he will be missed by all who knew him. I love you and miss you, brother!
The trophy case has a new acquisition. Ohio D1 State Runner Up! The Cats will roll back into Springfield between 2-2:30 today following their tour of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

I rarely post anything from a personal perspective but the outpouring of love and support for my brother was overwhelming tonight. On behalf of the Dellapina family, thank you to all who paid your respects to Danny. He was truly beloved by his family, friends, and students.

Coop was the voice of Wildcat sports for many years and was loved by all who knew him.

Reese Turner will represent Springfield at the OHSAA State Swimming Championships in the 50m freestyle. She recently broke the school record previously held by former Wildcat All Ohio swimmer Maddie Shaffer and is looking to climb the podium in Canton. Good luck Reese!
I have truly been at a loss for words regarding Nate’s passing. He was a tremendous young man who had just begun his career as a coach and was looking forward to changing lives and giving back to his community. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
We mourn the loss of a member of our Falcon family today. We send our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Nate Miller, a 2009 graduate of BGSU.
