3️⃣ تضرر العظام وتدمرها.ودا من المراحل المتقدمة والمؤلمة للمرض، في المرحلة دي بتظر آفات مثقبة للعظم. 4️⃣ الاعتلال العصبي.المايسيتوما ممكن تقود إلى تلف في الجهاز العصبي في المراحل المتأخرة. 5️⃣ الانتشار خلال أجهزة الجسم.في المراحل المتقدمة برضو؛ العدوى ممكن تنتشر إلى أنحاء الجسم.

شنو الممكن يحصل لو تُركت الميسيتوما دون علاج 🤔؟. 1️⃣ تشوّه القدمين واليدين.ودا بسبب تفاعل النسيج الليفي وتكوّن الجيوب المتعددة. 2️⃣ العدوى البكتيرية الثانوية. الآفات الناتجة عن المرض بتخلي المنطقة المصابة أكثر عرضة لدخول البكتيريا.

🔴المايسيتوما واحد الأمراض الصامتة:.بدايته رغم انها متواضعة لكن فجأة بيتطور. المٌلاحظ كثير من مضاعفاته غير مؤلمة، ولكن قد يكون فات الأوان لمن تبدأ تحس بالألم. 🔻 هي زاتها الكتلة الصغيرة البتبدأ الحكاية دي. فلخلينا نمشي شوية أعمق ونعرف:

5️⃣Systemic spread.In advanced stages of mycetoma, the infection might spread throughout the body. 6️⃣Amputation.When there is no other option- in cases of significant bone destruction and persistent infection.

3️⃣Bone invasion and destruction. Painful, advanced stage of the disease- picture of : perforated lesions; either osteolytic¹ or osteosclerotic². 4️⃣Neuropathy.Mycetoma can result in NS damage late in the disease.

What happened if mycetoma left untreated🤔?. 1️⃣Deformity of foot and hand. Due to fibrous tissue reaction and multiple sinus formation. 2️⃣Secondary bacterial infection. The lesions caused by the disease make the infected area more prone to bacteria.
