Does anyone else find it odd when you get a cold sales call for some kind of "enterprise tooling/security/etc" they just start off with first name and act like they are an old friend? Extremely off-putting to me.

Okay, @HomeDepot has worked to figure out what is going on, but I worked harder. Last mile company _says_ they never received, but there is records of who and when they signed for it. They should probably stop using this company for last mile.
