DEALS: Procore (@procoretech), a leading construction software firm, is set to acquire Levelset (@levelsetnow), which streamlines the payments and lien management process on construction projects, for $500 million. We broke the story at @BusinessInsider:

This acquisition would be the largest to date for Procore, a construction industry software provider that raised north of $630 million in its IPO in May.
