was told that my blog post on making an accessible toast notification had a typo. so of course when i fixed that, i also ended up adjusting some of the content and adding a whole new section about popovers at the end.

For a good long while now, I've been working with others to overhaul the WCAG Reflow understanding doc. Reflow is Reflow - it continues to require exactly what it required before - but these updates help clarify what those requirements actually are.

i'm really sick of the fact that more websites work just fine in chrome/edge, but can just be flat out broken experiences with firefox. i don't blame firefox for this.
