One of the things I love about looking for a new #phpc developer for my team is listening to the technologies and processes they're using. Someone dropped the term "MoSCoW Prioritization" and we got to have a great conversation about that.

I hate when I have an amazing idea for something at work but I can't put down what I'm currently working on to start doing the new thing.

I was just reminded that copying and pasting is ALWAYS better than trying to hand-type something. Especially if you're typing a command that may destroy data as it may "look" right but ultimately mess up your day.

Is there a tool that will let me post to the #federverse (because it’s where I like to be) and other non-federverse social media sites (because I need to be there for reach) using just one post that handles converting user handles to usernames? #phpc

At #cascadiaphp this year I went to a talk from two new speakers @alena@phpc.social found somewhere that showed me how to crochet. This was supposed to be an #elePHPent but my legs ended up in the wrong spot and I ran out of time. Awesome first try for sure.

I finished both my talks at @cascadiaphp yesterday after a whirlwind day! Thanks to the sponsors, the other speakers, and especially @alenaholligan and @iansltx for their hard work organizing. Now on to a day of learning from my fellow speakers.

If you had a blast at #LaraconUS don't forget that there may be an affordable regional #PHP conference near you! A different kind of experience but still valuable. Check out @CascadiaPHP in Portland in October or @LonghornPHP in Austin next year!
