The Galloway Forest Park was designated a Dark Sky Park by the International Dark‑Sky Association in Nov 2009. On a clear night, visitors can watch the sky in awe as over 7,000 stars and planets come into view with the naked eye, including the Milky Way.

Dark Art Distillery is based in the ‘Artist’s Town’ of Kirkcudbright in Dumfries & Galloway, on the far south west Scottish border. The distillery is housed in the beautifully renovated Johnston Primary School, occupying two former classrooms.

The red chillis and pink peppercorns are slowly infused with smoke at the distillery before being used in the distillation. The result is a classic gin with notes of juniper, floral, citrus, delicately layered with smoky spices, providing warmth and complex spicy aromatic notes.

Roehill Springs Distillery was est in 2019 by husband and wife Duncan and Shirley Morrison on their family farm nr the town of Keith in Moray. This spring is named after the abundance of wild roe deer that graze there and it provides a pristine water source for spirit production.
